1. PLATFORM USAGE & TRIAGE

By registering with Hospbuddy, the Provider agrees to utilize the platform exclusively for clinical triage and administrative routing.

2. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT (BAA)

This Business Associate Agreement is entered into between the Provider (Covered Entity) and Hospbuddy Inc (Business Associate). We agree to implement appropriate safeguards for PHI as required by HIPAA (1996).

3. DATA PRIVACY (GDPR / DPDP India)

For Providers in India, we act as a Data Processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).

4. CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION

Provider grants authorization to verify medical licensure status via the National Medical Commission (India) or State Medical Boards (USA).

5. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Hospbuddy is not liable for clinical outcomes resulting from the use of its triage summaries.
